Terms of Use

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS EDDS provides you with access to a variety of services and software on this website (“Web Site”). The Services and Software are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"), unless we have provided those items to you under more specific terms, in which case, those more specific terms will apply to the relevant item. EDDS reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.


PRIVACY AND PROTECTION EDDS agrees not to provide any entity (corporate or individual) with any details about any past or present clients. This includes all contact details (e.g. emails, mailing address etc.).


RESERVATION OF RIGHTS EDDS reserves all rights not expressly granted under these TOU, and no other rights are granted under these TOU by implication or estoppel or otherwise.


MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify EDDS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. EDDS will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by EDDS or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.


LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES THE LINKS IN THIS AREA WILL LET YOU LEAVE EDDS'S SITE. THE LINKED SITES ARE NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF EDDS AND EDDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF ANY LINKED SITE OR ANY LINK CONTAINED IN A LINKED SITE, OR ANY CHANGES OR UPDATES TO SUCH SITES. EDDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEBCASTING OR ANY OTHER FORM OF TRANSMISSION RECEIVED FROM ANY LINKED SITE. EDDS IS PROVIDING THESE LINKS TO YOU ONLY AS A CONVENIENCE, AND THE INCLUSION OF ANY LINK DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT BY EDDS OF THE SITE.


HOSTING SERVICES EDDS provides Internet server space for it's members for a fee for the express purpose of providing http content to the general public. In addition to this our members may also receive Internet mail after taking the steps to set up the mail boxes and forwarding accounts. Users are permitted to access their web space via FTP or Frontpage to upload files for their web sites. In addition to this we may offer other services that relate to the selling for Internet server space. These services may change from time to time.


ASP SERVICES EDDS provides Application Service Provider services for inventory control, warehouse management, labor management, and equipment management. This service is provided to our clients on a pay per month basis and the software within will be updated occassionally to reflect enhancements and fixes. Downtime for any updates will be communicated to existing customers at least 24 hours in advance of any such updates.


COST AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES Current pricing information may be obtained from our website at http://www.enterprisedds.com. By accepting this agreement you agree to pay the current rate for the service as indicated on the web site. You agree that EDDS has the right to debit the account that you use to sign up for the service until you cancel the service through the control panel, understanding that any such cancellation is immediate. You agree that if payment is not paid for any reason by your bank or credit card company, that we will contact you via your email address and you will be given 5 days to respond. You agree that after this time your account may be disabled until payment is made. You agree that any refunds to your account before or after termination whether by EDDS or by the client will incur a $10.00 charge. You agree that if you update your card information with EDDS a $2 pre-authorization may be issued to your card. This is not a charge but a pre-authorization that may show on an internet banking statement for up to 7 days.


REFUNDS EDDS will refund fees for services if the account is removed from the network and written notification (email) is sent to EDDS asking for the refund after the account has been cancelled through the control panel. This is paid pro-rata and there is a $10 fee for refunds. All clients acknowledge the setup fee is non-refundable.
